2020 Auckland Water Polo AGM Notice

Attention: All Auckland Water Polo Clubs

Notice of 3rd Annual General Meeting of the Auckland Water Polo Centre
Thursday April 30th 7pm by Zoom conference.

Due to the Alert Level 3 being invoked this AGM will be held by a Zoom Video Conference on Thursday April 30th at 7pm. Each club will need to supply the names and email addresses of each delegate attending with voting rights including any people acting as a proxy. The number of delegates will be as follows

Marist Auckland Water Polo 3
Mountfort Park 2
North Harbour 3
Hibiscus Coast 2
Atlantis 2
Seawolf 3
Waitakere 2

Members of the AWP Executive Committee 9 (1 vote each comprising of Chair, Treasurer and 7 club appointed delegates). Please advise names and email addresses to admin@aucklandwaterpolo.co.nz by Monday April 27 by 7pm. Copies of the 2018 AGM minutes, the Chairman’s report, the Financial Report will be sent by email and be posted on the website by Monday April 27 8pm (see below).
